The iPhone app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store. This page explains our service and subscription terms; it does not replace mandatory consumer rights.
Pro access
Gameplay requires an active Pro subscription or an eligible subscription trial. Pro provides access to the app’s four featured modes on the shared phone: Classic, Draw & Bluff, Match the Time and Halloween Edition. Other people in the same in-person group do not need to buy subscriptions on separate phones to join that game.
Prices, plans and payment
The app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show the price, currency, billing period and any applicable offer before you subscribe. Those displayed terms apply to your purchase. Payment is processed through your Apple Account. Plan availability and prices may vary by storefront.
Trials and offers
A three-day free trial may be offered with the standard annual plan to eligible Apple Accounts. Eligibility and the actual offer are shown before confirmation. If you do not cancel in time, the subscription converts to the paid annual plan at the price disclosed at purchase.
The weekly plan and separate discounted annual offer do not include a free trial unless Apple’s purchase confirmation expressly states otherwise. The discounted annual offer displays both its price and its renewal terms. Selecting or viewing an offer does not itself complete a purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage renewal or cancel through your Apple subscription settings. Cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. See Apple’s cancellation guidance for the current process and applicable details.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. The access end date after cancellation is shown by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Restoring access
Use Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used to subscribe. Restoration and purchase verification require an internet connection. If an active subscription is not recognized, contact us through the Support page.
Playing together
Use the game and website lawfully and respect other players. Do not use names, drawings or messages to harass others or infringe their rights. Players are responsible for their in-person participation and what they choose to draw or say.
Content and availability
The app’s artwork, code, branding and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the app under its license and read these guides for personal use. Features may be updated to fix problems or improve the game. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. We may update these terms and will show the effective date here. Changes do not remove rights you have under applicable law or Apple’s purchase terms.
